Select the item you wish to purchase. Select the color and size you want, and click "add to cart" (located below the color and size options) to add the item to your cart. Nothing is ordered yet and you can back out anytime. You will see in red "*item added to shopping cart."

The shopping cart on the top right side of your screen tells you what's in your shopping cart.

You can then continue shopping, and every item that you add to your cart will be reflected in your shopping cart. If you wish to change what's in your shopping cart, you can click "view cart" located under the check out button on your shopping cart. In this area you can also add more items and remove items.

Once you've added all the stuff you want you then click "check out". In the checkout there are two steps.

STEP #1: Enter your name and shipping address, and pick the shipping method

STEP #2: Review your order, total due, provide your payment information and billing address. Make sure your billing address matches your credit card billing address. Click PLACE YOUR ORDER and you will connected to WorldPay Payment Gateway for Credit Card Processing. Just follow the step on screen by WorldPay to complete the transaction. Once finish, you will receive a confirmation email in a few moments with all the information on the confirmation page.

Radioactive will send you a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.

How quickly will my order arrive?

All orders for items held in stock placed during store opening hours are dispatched on the same day.

Malaysia orders must be placed before 3pm to ensure next day delivery service. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a Saturday delivery. Malaysia orders processed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.

International orders are shipped via Fedex and take between 5-10 working days.

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, Radioactive uses the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the critically sensitive details you send us over the internet including your name, address and credit card details. This encryption ensures that nobody can read the information being sent between your pc and our website.

Delivery charges will apply for clothing, related products, toys, books and others are dependent on the weight of the products ordered.

For Overseas orders delivery charges apply to ALL items. Shipping charges are dependent upon type of delivery service (Fedex), weight and location.

Once you have selected your purchases, delivery charges are automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page.

Is my package insured?

Not as standard but this can be arranged as an optional extra and at an additional cost to you.

You can exchange an item for any reason for an alternative product within 14 days of the original purchase (exceptions can be made for orders outside of the Malaysia). Just return the item to us as new with its original packaging, labels and the receipt. Shipping charges for the return of the goods will be paid by you.

In the unlikely event that the item is sub standard or we have sent you the wrong product, you can return the item with a written description of the fault in the original packaging, labeling and with the receipt and we will send you a full refund or replacement within 30 days. Radioactive will pay the shipping charges for the return of faulty or incorrect goods.

We value your privacy as much as we value ours, and in today's Internet world, it can sometimes be unnerving to think how and where your private details are being circulated. Radioactive take your privacy very seriously. All information collected when you register as a member or when you use our services will remain within the company (Raw Marketing Sdn. 		While making a purchase from www.radioactive.com.my, you are given the option to create a user name and password. This user name and password functionality offers our customers the ability to quickly and easily proceed through the check out process on repeat visits. We do not store your credit card information as part of this optional service. There is also the option to receive our Email Newsletter updates. If you choose to receive these you should expect weekly HTML newsletter content to arrive at the email address you provided with your purchase.
		If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s email address. Your friend will also be subscribed to our HTML email newsletter.
